Adam Buerer is a marketing and operations executive with 15+ years across B2B SaaS, healthcare, and financial services. He is currently founding marketer and Head of Marketing at SiteIQ, building an AI-native brand and demand engine for intelligent buildings — and advising businesses through Architech.

Previous work includes scaling a $1.5B financial institution's digital pipeline from $15M to $200M, leading post-merger brand integration for a national telemedicine group, and deploying production generative AI in 2021 — before most executives had heard of it. He is a strategic advisor to Boards of Directors and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Strategic AI Program.

In 2026 he productized his consulting method as The Operational Intelligence Method — an executive course that interviews you about your actual operation and leaves you with eight board-ready artifacts.
